This course provides industry professionals with the opportunity to become certified instructors, knowledgeable of the tools and techniques required to lead effective ServSafe Alcohol training courses. Prerequisite: 90% or higher on ServSafe Alcohol Examination within the last 6 months. The instructor program is approved by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission and the National Restaurant Association.
