-A for-profit corporation, limited liability company, partnership or sole proprietorship licensed by the State of Michigan to serve food and/or beverages to the public may be eligible for an active membership.
Allied Membership
-A for-profit corporation, limited liability company, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged or intending to engage in the supplying of products and/or services to businesses licensed by the State of Michigan to serve food and/or beverages to the consuming public may be eligible for an allied membership.

Not-for-Profit Membership
-A not-for-profit and tax-exempt organization, such as a school, university, church, health department or other similar organization doing business in Michigan may be eligible for a non-profit membership. Non-profit members shall not be entitled to vote for the election of directors or vote at the annual meeting.
