Celebrating its 84th year, the National Restaurant Association's annual Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show will be held May 17-20, 2003, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The NRA trade show is the largest-single gathering of restaurant, foodservice and lodging professionals in North and South America. Each year, the show attracts nearly 2,000 exhibiting companies and 75,000 industry professionals from all 50 states and more than 100 countries.l
