ServSafe Alcohol is a self-study format

The ServSafe Alcohol exam begins at 3:30 PM

You MUST bring these items:

1. Pictured Identification (driver’s license, State ID, Military ID or Passport)

2. Your text book with the exam answer sheet in the front cover. You will not be allowed to take the exam if you do not have the answer sheet. If you registered for exam only, the instructor will have your exam answer sheet.

Know Before You Go:

· Doors open 20 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Once doors have closed for the EXAM, no one will be admitted, and a $45 rescheduling fee will be charged. Be sure to allow adequate time for travel.

· Phones are not permitted during the exam period.

· It is expected that you will read the textbook, do the chapter activities, and answer the chapter questions in advance of the class.
