Your Business Becomes Attractive When You Become Innovative

Presented by: Ken Wasco, Gordon Food Service

Tired of hearing about the recession? Who isn’t? This session is going to show you some operators who not only aren’t talking about a recession – they are not participating in it. Patrons are surrounded with a dumpster full of negative economy buzz all day long – the last thing they want to do is be reminded of it when they go out to dinner. So what are the operators with the full parking lots doing – besides taking all the money they are making to the bank? GFS’s Ken Wasco started digging around and found some thing interesting – what they for sure aren’t doing.

Please check back often for updates as our Show Seminars are expanded.
