Join Dine for America on October 5 and help the victims of the Gulf Coast.
It's not too late to get in!
Join with over 15,000 restaurants nationwide - more than 400 here in Michigan - who are signed up.
Dine for America is a day for the restaurant industry to provide hurricane relief by raising funds for the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
Foodservice operators can help promote, organize and donate in several different ways:
•Donate a portion of total sales.
•Donate a portion of total profits.
•Make a donation for every guest served.
•Make a donation for every sale of a specific menu item.
•Collect donations received from guests and staff.
•Identify a set donation amount that is right for you.
Please consider the following:
•Add a tagline to the end of your TV spot, or a logo to the bottom of the print ad, encouraging Americans to dine out on October 5.
•Replace current ads with a PSA for Dine for America. The National Restaurant Association has produced a PSA, starring Tony Danza, encouraging consumers to dine out October 5. We can make this PSA available upon request.
