Two Top Restaurant Industry Leaders to Speak at 2005 Michigan Restaurant Show
LANSING, MI – There are plenty of reasons for restaurant owners, managers and professionals to attend the upcoming 2005 Michigan Restaurant Show. This year’s show will feature keynote addresses from two of the restaurant industry’s top leaders: Johnny Carrabba, namesake of Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and Craig S. Miller, president and chief operating officer of Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Inc., and chairman of the board of the National Restaurant Association.
The 2005 Michigan Restaurant Show, which is open only to restaurant owners, managers, chefs and personnel and not to the public, will be held on October 18 and 19 at the new Rock Financial Showplace in Novi. The Rock Financial Showplace is located on Grand River Avenue just east of Beck Road and south of Interstate 96 in Novi.
“The restaurant industry has no shortage of respected leaders, and Johnny Carrabba and Craig Miller are among the very best,” said Rob Gifford, executive director of the Michigan Restaurant Association. “Those who come to the 2005 Michigan Restaurant Show will be treated to the words and wisdom of two of the best restaurateurs in the business.”
Johnny Carrabba is slated to speak on Tuesday, October 18, at 10:00am. Craig Miller will appear on Wednesday, October 19, at 10:00am.
In addition to Carrabba and Miller, the 2005 Michigan Restaurant Show will feature outstanding seminars from leading industry experts and dozens of new product and service offerings. “If you’re a restaurant operator, you can’t afford not to attend the Michigan Restaurant Show,” said Gifford.
