The Executive Committee members (Officers, Strategic Goal Stewards, Executive Director and Department Directors) of the MRA Board of Directors gather quarterly to discuss and act upon the strategic goals, vision, mission and objective in the best interest of the restaurant industry.
Opportunities Include:
ProStart School-to-Career State Competition
Participating teams will demonstrate their creative abilities by participating in either the Culinary or Management/Knowledge Bowl competitions. This competition is designed for students capable of high level of food preparation; a strong understanding of the curriculum management tools and knowledge to course text. Participating teams will demonstrate their ability to work together.
