Michigan Restaurant Show To Feature Culinary Demonstrations
The Michigan Restaurant Association has announced that this year’s Michigan Restaurant Show will feature live demonstrations from some of the state’s best culinarians. Chefs from the Common Grill, Schuler’s, and Ann Arbor’s Main Street Ventures group (Real Seafood, Gratzi, Palio, Chop House, La Dolce Vita) will enlighten attendees on what is involved in writing, editing, publishing and promoting an outstanding restaurant cookbook. They will share with you how a great cookbook can positively impact guest counts and your bottom line.
The Michigan Restaurant Show will be held October 17th and 18th at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi. Be sure to register for the show today. The culinary demonstration area is just one of the many special attractions on the schedule.
