Lee Kempisty has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Working for a major chain in operations as an hourly and eventually to a General Manger, Lee learned every aspect of the industry first hand. After 17 years in operations she accepted a position in training and development with LaBelle Management based out of Mt. Pleasant. She recently received her CHT (Certified Hospitality Trainer) accreditation from the Educational Institute American Hotel & Restaurant Lodging Association and is a member of CHART (Certified Hotel and Restaurant Trainers). With a passion for training she became a ServSafe Instructor and has been teaching for the past 4 years. Lee lives in South Lyon with her Husband and 3 children.
