What lessons were learned from our 2006 Noro Virus Outbreaks? Participants will be guided through four separate noro outbreaks involving restaurants in the Barry-Eaton Health Department District. More importantly, participants should learn from the 06' outbreaks and be able to implement strategies now to reduce or prevent an outbreak from happening in their establishment. Discussion will also cover the lessons learned for Health Department's to help reduce or prevent outbreaks from happening.
