Restaurant Show
2007 Michigan Restaurant Show to feature two
dynamic keynote speakers
LANSING, MI – Calling all Michigan foodservice professionals to the 2007 Michigan Restaurant Show!
Thousands of the
best and most successful restaurant owners, chefs and foodservice professionals
will be coming to the Michigan
Restaurant Show for ideas and inspiration, to source new vendors and
learn about the latest techniques to stay ahead of the game in a fiercely
competitive environment. Over 300
leading exhibits of food, equipment, wine, spirits, interiors, tableware,
soft drinks, technology, business advice and design make up this marketplace
filled with new products and ideas.
The 2007
Michigan Restaurant Show will be held on October 16 and 17 at the Rock
Financial Showplace in Novi. The Rock Financial Showplace is located on Grand River Avenue just east of Beck Road and south of Interstate 96.
In addition to the latest on tastes, trends and strategies
for success, this year’s show will feature two dynamic keynote speakers. Will Kussell, chief operating officer of
Dunkin Brands, will deliver a motivating, uplifting story of how Dunkin Donuts,
faced with a declining market share, reinvented themselves. This inspiring message will resonate with Michigan restaurateurs and
emphasize the need to look critically at their brands.
Bill Main of Bill Main and Associates will present a
motivating talk challenging restaurateurs to regularly assess what they do and
how they do it, demonstrating how this practice will avoid leaving money on the
table – something no Michigan restaurateur can afford to do in today’s economy.
