Why Should You Attend? Michigan needs more trainers. Every business should consider certifying a member of their staff to conduct training on an ongoing basis. The new food code went into effect on November 8th, 2000. Any NRA EF approved instructor can train employees throughout Michigan, including mandatory training requirements in Livingston, Oakland and Wayne counties. Prerequisite You must have taken the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRA EF) ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification examination within the past three (3) years and achieved a score of 90% or higher.
