Source: The Detroit News The Royal Oak Police Department has no intention of letting the city's liquor-serving establishments "police themselves" for underage drinkers, said Chief Theodore H. Quisenberry. The city and bar owners could not reach agreement on a proposal to have uniformed officers assigned to bars to check identifications.
