Panera opens in Roseville

Panera Bread has opened a new bakery-cafe in Roseville, at 31960 Gratiot, across from Macomb Mall. The menu features everything from breakfast bagels and muffins to sandwiches, hand-tossed salads and soups served in a sourdoughbread bowl. More bakery-cafes will open in Troy, Shelby Township, Okemos, Lansing, Plymouth and Rochester Hills later this year.
