Chili’s in works at Harper Village

Chili’s Grill & Bar is under construction at Harper Village shopping center at M-66 and Beckley Road and will be open in mid-July, according to Quality Dining Inc., which will operate the restaurant. The Southwest-style eatery will be 5,532 square feet and will seat 217 people. A special “to go” side entrance will have reserved parking spaces for customers picking up takeout orders.

Menu items include ribs, burgers, fajitas, salads and appetizers. The restaurant will also have a lounge and a full bar, specializing in Margaritas. Chili’s will employ approximately 100 people, including four managers.

Quality Dining operates a number of West Michigan restaurants, including Burger King, Grady’s American Grill, Papa Vino’s Italian Kitchen and Spageddies Italian Kitchen.
