Unique Restaurant Corporation continues to celebrate 20 years

SOUTHFIELD - Matt Prentice marks his 20th year in the restaurant industry by providing his patrons a reason to celebrate. Back by popular demand, from June 1st through the end of July 2001, all Unique Restaurants will take 20% off all "dine-in" checks for simply wishing the waitperson a "Happy Anniversary."

The discount is being celebrated at all twelve Unique Restaurants, they are:
Morels, a Michigan Bistro in Bingham Farms
Northern Lakes Seafood Company in Bloomfield Hills
No. VI Chophouse and Lobster Bar in Novi
Duet in Detroit
Flying Fish Tavern in West Bloomfield and Birmingham
Portabella in Troy
Cafe' Jardin in Troy
Plaza Deli in Southfield
and Deli Unique in Bloomfield Hills-Bingham Farms-West Bloomfield and Detroit.

The discount only applies to dine-in customers and will be be honored for carry out or catering. The offer is good Sunday through Friday.
