Michigan Restaurateur Magazine
For over 60 years, Michigan Restaurateur has been the leading foodservice business magazine for Michigan Restaurant owners. This bi-monthly magazine is vital, timely, interesting to read and news oriented. We point out emerging trends, and everyday operational problems that restaurateurs must face, as well as provide, valuable information and how-to articles are included from industry experts. Circulation
A select audience of 4,000 foodservice professionals receives Michigan Restaurateur (an estimated 11,000 readership).
The September/October Trade Show edition is mailed to all foodservice establishments in Michigan, and handed out at the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Show, October 19 & 20, 2004, at the Novi Expo Center. This special issue has a circulation of 15,000 and a readership of 80,000.
