DVD 1: Alcohol Law and Your Responsibilty
                Defines and identifies criminal and civil liability as it relates to the sale and service of alcohol.  Assists students in recognizing the impact and consequences of employee violations on the establishment. 

DVD 2: Recognizing and Preventing Intoxication
                Discusses alcohol's path through the body, the factors that affect a guest's BAC and how to identify the physical and behavioral signs of intoxication.  Presents methods for preventing guests from becoming intoxicated.

DVD 3: Checking Identification
                Describes when to check identification, the proper procedure for checking IDs and the characteristics of a valid ID.

DVD 4: Handling Difficult Situations
                Identifies the proper procedures for difficult situations such as stopping service to a guest, handling intoxicated guests who attempt to leave the premises, managing potentially violent situations and dealing with illegal activities.  

DVD 5: Evaluating Real-World Scenarios
                Is highly interactive and allows the student to assess real-world scenarios related to signs of intoxication, checking identification, and handling difficult situations.  This video is required to effective deliver a ServSafe Alcohol™ Responsible Alcohol Service course as it works in conjunction with the participant guide to create an engaging training program that challenges students to rate and react to the real-world scenarios they may face in the operation.
