Find Workers With 21st Century Technology

A new electronic labor exchange service called Michigan’s Talent Bank (MTB) is now available to employers seeking qualified help.

MTB works by accepting resumes of job seekers via the Internet and allowing employers to conduct on-line searches for potential job candidates.

MTB is an expanded version of America’s Talent Bank, which Michigan led the country in developing through the help of a federal grant. Some additional features in MTB include job seeker and employer options to match county searches, and direct access to a wide variety of other community services through links to individual Michigan Works! agency web sites.

MRA Members – see the November/December 2000 issue for the whole story, or e-mail the mra for a downloadable version.

Non-members – find out how to receive Michigan Restaurateur and other publications free from the MRA.
