ServSafe Train-the-Trainer Class You can become a trainer! This Train-the-Trainer class provides industry professionals the opportunity to become certified trainers knowledgeable of the tools and techniques to lead effective ServSafe training. Registration fee includes: 6-hour class, ServSafe Manager's Guide to Employee-Level Training, ServSafe Employee Guide, Certificate of Attendance, application for approved instructor status, and ServSafe Proctor Exam. Certified trainers must pass their ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam with 90% or higher. Train-the-Trainer classes are scheduled for November 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
