ProStart Curriculum The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation has developed a curriculum called ProStart. ProStart is a two-year industry-based curriculum that prepares students for careers in the restaurant and foodservice industry. Students gain valuable restaurant and foodservice skills through their academic and mentored workplace experiences. The curriculum is now the standard for training our future employees in over 20 high schools in Michigan.
