Exhibit Specifics
- The booths and aisles will be carpeted in burgundy (no additional charge).
- Booth carpet will be cleaned daily for free.
- Each booth is ten foot by ten foot in size.
- Each exhibiting firm occupying a perimeter or in-line booth will receive 8' high burgundy and black back drape, 3' draped black side rail, a listing in the Show Program and a booth identification sign.
- Unlimited free parking, compliments of the SYSCO Companies of Michigan.
- Complimentary MRA web site vendor product listing
- Opening Day Reception from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15th, compliments of Gordon Food Service.
- Free refrigeration and freezer truck storage will be available at the loading dock.
- A lounge with comfortable seating and small conference tables will be located near the registration area at the North end of the Main Hall.
- Thanks to Superior Coffee, the lounge will have complimentary coffee.

NEC Expo Services is the official General Service Contractor. NEC Expo Services is responsible for inbound and outbound handling of exhibitor displays, equipment and materials. Contact NEC directly at (248) 380-0843. Show Power Plus is the official General Service Contractor for electric, gas, water, phone, Internet and other services you may require. Exhibitors may hand carry materials to and from their booth. Limited truck dollies are available on a first come, first serve basis. Truck docks outside of Hall A are available. Ground level access to the Main Hall is through the South Freight Entrance and South Exhibit Hall A entrance. Free drayage will be provided during official move-in and move-out hours.

Registration
Be sure to preregister your staff that will be working at the Show. Each exhibiting firm is entitled to register up to six (6) people per 10'x10' booth. No one under 17 years of age will be admitted on the Show floor.
Free Tickets
Each exhibiting firm is entitled to 100 complimentary attendee free admission tickets pe 10'x10' booth space. New Products
New products will be showcased in Michigan Restaurateur magazine, with circulation to all 18,000+ restaurant owners in the state. If you wish to be included, please e-mail 25-words or less along with graphics or photos to kimo@acd.net Health License
The Michigan Restaurant Association must purchase a temporary health license for companies offering food product on the Show floor. No fees are charged to the exhibiting company. The health inspectors will visit the Show floor on Tuesday, October 15th. Please make time for the inspection. Advanced notification is required for all exhibitors who will need a permit to allow food samples on the Show floor. Dishwashing Area
A sanitary dishwashing area will be available on the Show floor near the Culinary Theater area in the concession kitchen. Beverage Sampling
Beer (5 oz.); wine/mixed drink/mixed spirit drink (3 oz.); spirits (1 oz.) Refrigeration & Ice
Complimentary refrigerated storage will be available by the Hall A Loading Dock and personnel will be there for you to sign in and sign out your product. Direct freight shipments of perishable goods will be placed in exhibitors' assigned booth spaces. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the movement of their freight to the refrigerated storage area. Hours available will be: Monday, October 14th (noon-8 p.m.); Tuesday, October 15th (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.); and Wednesday, October 16th (8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Also, cash and carry ice will be on sale at the refrigerated truck for $5 per 25 lb bag. Insurance
While all possible care will be exercised by Michigan Restaurant Association and its agents, you are responsible for insuring the safety of your personnel and your exhibit materials from theft, damage, accident, fire and other causes. Exhibitors who desire to carry insurance must do so at their own expense (a rider on your existing coverage may be sufficient). All property of the exhibitors is understood to remain in their own care, custody and control in transit to and from the confines of the exhibit hall as well as when it is on the Show floor.
